Qualification/experience –

1. Charted Accountant preferably with Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field 10+ years’ experience in a mid-level/ senior financial managerial position
2. Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Dynamics SL financial reporting software, Tally

Job Description – Roles and Responsibilities –

1. Giving Leadership to people of accounting functions and to develop Financial and Accounting policies and Procedures.
2. Supervise preparation of Annual Accounts, Balance Sheet, Income and Expenditure Accounts of Society, Project Accounting and to ensure the same for Intuitions of the Society.
3. Responsible for financial planning & oversight.
4. Responsible for Internal and Statutory Audit.
5. Responsible for ensuring timely deduction of Tax, filing of Income Tax, GST and other Tax related returns. Liaison with Tax Department.
6. Responsible for fund management and Bank related matters and liaison with operating Banks.
7. Establishment of system for Internal Audit, financial coordination and control of all the institutions.
8. Develop and maintain an appropriate financial reporting system for all institutions of the society, MIS and preparation of financial reports for various committees.
9. Ensuring timely preparation of the budget for Society and its institutions and also ensure its consolidation.
10. Planning for fund control and Flow.
11. Augmenting income of the society and its Institutions as well as developing plans for Resource Generation.
12. CFO shall report to the Mukhya Sanchalak, VBS.
