Interested vendors are requested to review the scope and submit their expression of interest along with technical details, credentials and indicative rates. Based on the evaluation of submissions, item-wise rates shall be finalized with shortlisted vendors.
The total area proposed for development is at Vidya Bhawan Society’s Fatehpura Campus.
Tentative estimated cost: ₹22 lakhs (approx.)
Above measurements and estimates are tentative. Additional quantity of works having similar specifications may be awarded based on site requirements.
Contour maps and levels will be provided by the technical team of Vidya Bhawan.
Vendors may visit the site for assessment of scope of work on working days.
Vendors should clearly mention:
- Compliance with relevant national/international standards
- Execution timeline
- Payment and other commercial terms and conditions
- Taxes and deductions, if any
- Past experience in similar large-scale sports infrastructure projects
