Job Description:

  1. The Director will be the part of the leadership team consisting of the heads of different institutions in VB.
  2. Director will lead the VBERC team on a day-to-day basis under the guidance of the Mukhya Sanchalak (CEO) and in close coordination with the Organizing Secretary and Educational Advisor of VB.
  3. Director will support her team in planning, implementation, quality assessment, data management and reporting of various projects.
  4. Director will provide hand holding, mentoring and capacity building opportunities to the entire staff and supervise the project coordinators and second line at VBERC. A background in education sector with 5 years of program management experience is required.
  5. Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve the institution’s vision.
